Returns and Refunds Policy

However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or request a refund. Below, we detail our refund and returns policy so that you are fully informed about the procedures and conditions, whether you buy within Spain or internationally.

Return and Refund Period

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund, unless the product is defective or there is an error on the part of La Cosa Tiene Tela.

Return and Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  2. It must be in its original packaging, complete with all original labels and accessories.
  3. Hygiene products (such as underwear or swimwear) are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a defect.

Return and Refund Procedure

  2. Once we have received and reviewed the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and applied to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs and costs associated with return shipping of the product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective.
  • An error has been made in the shipment by La Cosa Tiene Tela.

In the case of international returns, return shipping costs will depend on the customer's location and must be covered by the customer, except in the cases mentioned above.

Excluded Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund, for hygiene or personalization reasons:

  • Custom products
  • Hygiene products (underwear, swimsuits, etc.)
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
